Been using TekSavvy for over 2 years, rarely have an issue with them and am really happy with the service (I think I've had one outage that took 1 day to resolve before my internet was back up). I have the Cable 150 package and have no issues with it. Looking to move soon so I'm hoping that TekSavvy will be available in my new area.

I finally got to phoning teksavvy about the issue, they put me through the standard loops: power cycle modem, router, etc. checklist stuff. They told me a tech would be sent to my residence to inspect.
